The Compact Series is backed by our National Service network, supporting a market leading 3 year parts and labour warranty, which extends to 10 Years on the Compressor and 25 Years on the Heat Exchanger, for parts only.
What’s more, if your Heat Exchanger fails within the comprehensive 3 year warranty, we will replace your heater at no cost!

Please note: These heat pumps are able to perform as normal within air temp -5°C to +43°C, and RPH028-1A, RPH028-3A are able to perform as normal within air temp -10°C to +43°C. Efficiency will not be guaranteed outside of this range. Please take into consideration that the pool heat pump performance and parameters are different under various conditions. Related parameters are subject to adjustment periodically for technical |mprovement without further notice.
